Satisfaction Promise
At Prairie Paws, our goal is to ensure every visit leaves both you and your pet happy. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your pets spa day, we kindly ask that you notify us immediately-or within three days of your pets appointment- so we may make any necessary adjustments. After this time frame, natural hair growth and environmental factors prevent us from being able to refine the style.

Salon Policy
Your pets comfort, safety, and well-being are our highest priority. We are dedicated to creating a calm, luxurious experience for every guest. We ask that you are prompt to collect your pet from their spa day to help maintain a calm and relaxing environment for our clients. Late pick up fees may be applied to pick ups longer than 30 mins.
For health and safety, please ensure your pet is fully vaccinated prior to their visit.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however we ask that you notify us at your earliest opportunity so that we may adjust accordingly. To ensure smooth operation of our schedule, we ask that all clients make every effort to attend their reserved appointment time. Please be advised that repeated last minute cancellations may result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrival Policy
To respect the schedules of both our clients and our team, we ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be charged a $10 late fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to forfeit their appointment along with a no show fee and will need to reschedule to ensure quality of service for all.

No-Show Policy
Please note that Prairie Paws reserves the right to charge for any appointments missed without notice. These fees will be applied to your account and must be paid before future bookings.
As missed appointments results in lost income and prevents another pet from receiving care, a no-show fee of 50% of the missed appointment will be applied if we do not hear from you in advance.
This 50% fee must be paid before any future appointments can be re booked. This policy allows us to protect our time, and continue providing the highest level of care quality and services that we are proud to offer.
